Clean Zucchini. Use a peeler and scrape the Zucchini vertically to make noodles.
Chop garlic and keep aside.
Heat oil in an iron skillet(preferably) on medium heat until the skillet is hot.
Add garlic to the pan and cook for 1 minute. Take care not to burn it.
Reduce heat. Add the Zucchini noodles, salt, and red chili flakes and toss the noodles around.
Cook until the zucchini is soft but not mushy - 2 minutes.
Serve immediately topped with parmesan cheese.

This is a healthy noodle that can also be served cold as a salad. Add a portion of your favorite protein like grilled chicken or fish to make it a full meal.
